Return & Exchange Policy

PRICING, PAYMENTS, & REFUNDS:

All prices on our website are denoted in US Dollars. We offer various payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Additionally, we accept PayPal. Please contact orders@sportpaintables.com to use any additional methods of payment, i.e. CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, etc. 

Any applicable credits or refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, whether a credit card or a PayPal account. Please note that sales tax is applied to all online orders shipped within Texas. Customers residing in other states are currently not subjected to sales tax.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Sportspaintables will accept returns for full refund minus a 10% of purchase price fee within 7 days of delivery of purchase. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging, with tags attached, unused, and in sellable condition. This must also be accompanied by proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges will charge a 10% of purchase price processing fee for the shipping label and restock of product(s).

Start an Online Return or Exchange

Sportspaintables will accept exchanges/refunds within 7 days of delivery of purchase. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging, with seals attached, unused, and in sellable condition. This must also be accompanied by proof of purchase. All exchanges/refunds will charge a 10% of purchase price processing fee for the shipping label and restock of product(s). Exchanges/Refunds can take up to 14 - 21 days to process.

1. Contact orders@sportspaintables.com, you have the option to request a refund, exchange your purchase for new items of equivalent value to your original purchase, or purchase new items using your exchange credit. All options require 10% of purchase price to be deducted for shipping/restock fee.

2. Once the exchange or refund has been processed, any amounts due customer will be refunded via payment method used for original purchase.

3. Please be aware that all exchanges and returns must be shipped within 7 DAYS of receiving the shipping label. If you opt for an exchange, your card will be temporarily charged an amount equivalent to the difference in value of the requested exchanged items. FAILURE TO RETURN THE ITEM(S) WITHIN 7 DAYS WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE EXCHANGED ITEM(S).
