1. What shipment methods are available?

Shipping is via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on carrier availability.  Currently all shipping prices are fixed amounts and subject to change.  If you would like expedited shipping, we offer faster services via UPS and FedEx at an additional cost.

2. Can I expedite an order?

We cannot move your order in front of other orders for faster processing and/or delivery.

3. How can I track my order?

Once tracking is added, an email notification will be sent to you for your order. If you have yet to receive tracking, you can contact customer services at orders@sportspaintables.com for updates.

4. My Package says “delivered,” but I never received it.

Your package can be delivered to a building doorman, concierge, mailroom, front door, or mailbox. Please check those areas first. If you do not receive your package within 24 hours after tracking say delivered, please contact the carrier (USPS/FedEx/UPS) to file a claim.

5. Lost or Stolen Package

Sportspaintables is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact the carrier and orders@sportspaintables.com to initiate a USPS, FedEx or UPS Claim.

6. How do I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it can be canceled within 24 hours. Once you receive the item, you can follow the instructions in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

7. Can I combine my orders?

No. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

8. Why did Sportspaintables choose to become a part of NIL?

With our experience in the toy industry, we felt this would be a natural fit for our company.  

We follow college sports religiously and have always felt athletes needed to be paid for their hard work in sports.  So this was like, putting our money where our mouth was and thus we ventured into this area to not just support their endeavors but because it made business sense too.

9. Will player's figures be authentically signed?

Yes, for the most part.  Because we wanted to create something similar to trading cards but with actual figures of the players, we created this market.  

All of our players, regardless of the school or sport, will be required to sign their figures bases to create a higher perceived value.  The figure then becomes a collector's item.  Some of the players we will be involved with are considered some of the best in the business and the value of their memorabilia increases tremendously when it is authentically signed.  

We first started this at the University of Tennessee with several high profile athletes and as we expand to other schools, be assured that all these athletes will need to sign their figures to be a member.  

The only person at this point that has not signed is Coach Tony, Vitello, head coach of the National Champion Tennessee Volunteers.  His contract is different and will be modeled based on a limited amount of likeness we will do of him.  That number has yet to be determined.

10. How long does it take before players are shipped to the customer?

Because our initial launch date for the figures has been moved up quite significant, we are creating many out of our home office.

These are handcrafted pieces so it takes time to get them right. With that being the case, we ask the customer for 2 weeks as there is always an onslaught of orders in the early process. We just ask that customers be patient as we are working to fulfill orders in the order that they were placed.

11. What are the players made from?

Some are made of resin and others from ABS plastic.

12. Can players be purchased in bulk?

Yes, but as stated before - there might be a slightly longer wait time as we handcraft these figures to start.

13. How can I apply for the NIL program.?

We have an NIL Sign Up form that you must fill out.  It is shown on the website.  At that point, it is not guaranteed as we have a limited amount of openings per sport season.

14. Will you be looking at other schools for NIL athletes well?

Absolutely!  This will inspire us to expedite our interest in licensing at that school as well.  

One thing about being associated with these athletes is that Sportspaintables will always need to have secured the license of the school that the athlete applies from.
